Description
Copper Cathode also named Electrolytic Copper. Copper cathodes are manufactured by unsupported process of copper deposition on stainless steel blank cathode plates during electrolytic refining of copper. Due to the process and three-stage washing of the residuum, the cathode copper is of high purity. Copper cathodes are intended for production of deformed semi-finished products (bars, wire rod) made of copper and copper alloys.
Since our electrolytic copper is superior in electric conductivity and workability, it can be used for a wide array of applications, from cutting-edge electronics parts to various electric wires, including general purpose wire. Additionally, due to its superior thermal conductivity coupled with superior workability, it is also used for various copper alloy fabricated products, including copper pipes for air conditioners. It is also heavily used for plated alloys aiming for a high-class image of metals.

Application
Copper cathode is a non-ferrous metal closely related to human beings. It is widely used in the electrical, light industry, machinery manufacturing, construction industry, national defense industry, and other fields. It is second only to aluminum in the consumption of non-ferrous metal materials in Ukraine.
1. Copper is most widely used and used in the electric and electronic industries, accounting for more than half of the total consumption. It is used for winding resistance of various cables and wires, motors and transformers, switches and printed circuit boards, etc.
2. In the manufacture of machinery and transport vehicles, it is used to manufacture industrial valves and accessories, instruments, sliding bearings, molds, heat exchangers and pumps, etc.
